Deciding how many system email addresses you require.

Whilst there is a minimum requirement of one email address for outgoing email messages and one for incoming email messages, there are no limits to how many can be used. If you are using your ISP for outgoing emails there is only one outgoing mail server but for incoming emails it depends on the factors outlined below.
